Eligibility Requirements

Individuals may be eligible to participate in the New Mexico Colorectal Cancer Program and receive colorectal cancer screening, surveillance and/or diagnostic services if they:

• Are 50 years of age and older
• Are uninsured or underinsured
• Have an annual household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines (see table below)
• Have no symptoms of colorectal cancer

Individuals are not eligible if they have Medicare Part B or full New Mexico Medicaid.
