Colorectal Cancer Workgroup

This workgroup is working to increase colorectal screening across New Mexico for people ages 50 and up using any of the following tests: Fecal Occult Blood Testing (FOBT), Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, Dual Contrast Barium Enema (DCBE) or Colonoscopy. This workgroup operates under the Clinical Prevention Initiative, a partnership of the New Mexico Department of Health and the New Mexico Medical Society, and focuses primarily on improving the quality and enhancing the delivery of clinical prevention services.
