New Mexico Cancer Council: Survivorship Workgroup
The Survivorship Workgroup is a group of individuals and organizations working to further the Council’s survivorship priority of raising awareness of Patient Care Plans and Treatment Summaries and promoting the use of these plans to the oncology community and among cancer survivors.
