Information for Current Providers
BCC Program documents are available for BCC Providers to download. All documents are available in PDF format. Updates to these documents, and to the BCC Program CD-ROMs, Training Program, Version 2004-2005, and Clinical Guidelines, Version 2006, can also be found on the CD-ROM Update page. BCC will provide new and updated information as needed.
BCC Program staff will make a reasonable effort to contact providers to let them know when new and updated information is available. Providers are responsible for accessing and using current BCC forms and resources. If you have any questions, email Chris Lucero.
