12:30 PM—5:00 PM
Intended to assist NEW BCC contracted health-care provider's clinic staff in becoming familiar with Program eligibility guidelines, case management, Medicaid, billing and forms. BCC 101 is not recommended for clinic staff who have mastered a basic understanding of the BCC Program.

Morning Session: New Mexico Cancer Conference
8:00 AM—12:00 PM
The New Mexico Cancer Conference will offer a combination of presentations by locally recognized physicians. The conference will feature plenary sessions that will present information on cancer topics of interest and on cancer-specific data to learners at all levels. The goal of the New Mexico Cancer Conference is to enhance participant’s knowledge on cancer prevention and control.
Afternoon Session: BCC Provider Annual Meeting
1:00 PM—4:30 PM
The BCC Provider Annual Meeting is designed to provide professional development training to medical providers currently implementing the BCC Program. The meeting will include a variety of presentations by health care professionals and BCC Program staff to promote the current program guidelines for breast and cervical cancer screening. The main goal of the BCC Provider Annual Meeting is to provide guidance to enhance delivery structures, which will support effective clinical practices that result in better outcomes. Participants will fulfill contractual requirements to participate in BCC orientation and professional development training activities.

CONTINUING EDUCATION |
Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credits will be offered upon approval. In order to receive CNE credits, participant’s must attend both conference sessions on Thursday, July 31. |

Dress—The Planning Committee encourages relaxed and comfortable dress throughout the conference; however, participants are strongly encouraged to bring a sweater or jacket to the conference as the air conditioning can make the rooms chilly.
